The Person Behind Fernvay
Roman has spent over 15 years helping businesses grow — from building market intelligence programs and developing new business at industrial companies to expanding a luxury brand across Asia and Latin America. He holds an Executive MBA from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a degree in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University, and has built his career at the intersection of business strategy, sales, and operational execution. He started Fernvay Consulting with a straightforward premise: small businesses deserve the same systems and efficiency advantages that large companies take for granted — without the enterprise price tag or the tech overwhelm. When he's not building automation systems for clients, he's probably researching the next tool that makes the ones he already built even better.
